I, Donald IfesinaChi Chijioke Nwokolo (Dicn) hereby release this short video of me speaking the Totally New Language, DICNEI, that I Invented.

I actually started creating it in October 2019 and have not stopped yet.

This short Mobile Phone Camera Video of myself speaking the language: Dicnei is just a first attempt to show that I am serious about having invented a language.

I DID NOT WRITE THE MEANING OF MY WORDS IN THE VIDEO IN ENGLISH YET, JUST TO GIVE THE PUBLIC OPPORTUNITY TO TEST IF ANYONE CAN INTERPRETE WHAT I SAID IN THE VIDEO.

SPIRITUALISTS ARE ALSO WELCOME TO ATTEMPT INTERPRETING WHAT I SAID IN THE VIDEO, WORD FOR WORD.

I shall Release an Interpreted Version in 7 Days, where I shall write my words both in Dicnei and in English. However, for the sake of understanding, I shall use English Alphabets in writing out the words in Dicnei and not Dicneian Alphabets.
